About CPCS Mill Creek
As the northern campus in the Cedar Park Christian School District, our teachers and staff aim to give the residents of South Snohomish County an opportunity to receive sound Biblical teaching for preschool through 8th grade students. This campus is closely linked to the other campuses in philosophy and teaching ideology. It is the utmost importance to offer outstanding academics with a Biblical perspective.
About the Heart
At Cedar Park Mill Creek, parents and teachers foster a strong bond working together to see the children grow in all areas of life, learning to apply their faith in their daily disciplines. Through loving discipleship and challenging learning experiences, we are dedicated to preparing our students as they move from preschool into adolescence and beyond. Once graduated from 8th grade, many of our students continue on to Cedar Park Mountlake Terrace campus for their high school years, where they find they are successfully equipped to enter the next phase of learning.
Academic standards are high. The students are encouraged to give their best and then are reminded that God will take care of the rest. Teachers care for their students' character development as well as academic success. Class sizes are kept to a minimum so teachers can involve each student within the classroom. Here at Cedar Park Christian in Mill Creek, students are trained to be lifelong learners of God and His world. All disciplines are covered: Language Arts, Mathematics, Bible, History, Science, Health, and Physical Education. We also offer a variety of electives such as: Drama, Cooking, Yearbook, ASB, Music, and Computers.
The Mill Creek campus bustles with activity. From preschool field trips, to elementary extracurricular activities, to a superior athletic program in middle school, each child finds a place to grow. Technology is taking off in our new and updated computer lab. Drama and music enrichment is provided in all grades. Weekly chapel attendance is anticipated by students serving on the worship team, as well as those worshiping in the audience. Our students are taught how to honor God in all aspects of their gifting and use what God has given them to minister within the school as well as in the community.
